Above a picture of the hand dug Lemströms kanal, a channel interconcenting two bays, just east of Mariehamn.
View from the outer archipelago.
Picture taken 500 meters from our home, depicting our home bay Slemmern. The small building to the right is acctually a newly built seafarer's chapel, popular for smaller, informal weddings. At the horizon you can see wind turbines. The wind turbine power plants on our islands produce a significant part of the energy we need.
Nice place for a picnic in the wild.
Below; Morning panorama 5 kilometers south of Mariehamn.
I do love all the beautiful pictures you show from your beautiful islands! You seem to have a lot of nice weather and beautiful bays to swim in as well as poolhouses and more!
